Description
In the midst of the festival’s energy, this workshop offers a calm space to explore connection in a simple, human way.
In this one-hour workshop, you’ll try light, playful exercises that focus on awareness of your own boundaries and those of others. We practice clear communication, choice, and respect: learning to recognize a genuine “yes” and a confident “no.”
Practicing safe, conscious contact builds trust, ease, and authentic connection, letting people feel seen, respected, and free to engage in a way that truly feels good.
