Returns
General information
You can return your online order within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned products must meet the expected return conditions described in the returns policy.
If you selected shipping during checkout, you can register your return through our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you selected Click & Collect during checkout, returns and exchanges can only be handled at the merchandise stand where you collected your order during Awakenings Festival.
Please bring your order confirmation and the item you wish to return or exchange.
Click & Collect orders cannot be returned through the online return portal.
All returned products will be processed and refunded within 14 days after receiving the package at our warehouse.

Refunds
All returned orders are processed and refunded within 7 days after receiving the package at our warehouse. The value of the returned product(s) will be refunded to the payment method that was used during checkout.
Did you order using Klarna? The return value will be deducted from the Klarna bill of this order.
It can happen that your return package is delayed during busy seasons. Feel free to reach out to us to ask for an update if 14 days have passed since your return arrived at our warehouse.
Warranty
If the item(s) you ordered turn out to be faulty, we will follow the lawful warranty terms and conditions. If you have a complaint about unclear material defects of one or more of our products, please file a return request via the correct return portal so our team can find a solution.
Simply fill in your order number, select the faulty item and select the correct reason of return.
Additional return information
Hygiene products like underwear, earrings, socks etc. cannot be returned. Products like CDs where the plastic wrapping has been removed cannot be returned either.
