It may take a while for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. Depending on your email settings, the confirmation email could end up in your junk or spam folder. If you haven't received anything, please reach out to us.

The Festival Store is available until Saturday evening (July 12). You can buy experiences and apparel from and during Awakenings. You can purchase beverages until Thursday (July 10).

That is not possible. You should be in possession of a valid Awakenings Festival 2026 ticket and be at Awakenings.

Yes. As experiences are an exclusive upgrade to your weekend, most of them are limited. So don't miss out!

Some experiences can only be pre-ordered before Awakenings starts, some continue through the weekend. All experiences need to be paid the moment you order them.

Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation from our shop and after a couple of minutes, we'll send you a voucher with the QR codes you need to enter the experience.

The location and time will be displayed on the voucher. You'll receive the voucher together with the confirmation email.

Vouchers cannot be refunded. Each voucher is linked to a reserved product or experience that's been held just for you — this means it is no longer available to others.

Yes. All orders placed on this website are eligible for pickup at Awakenings during opening hours of the Apparel counter. Just make sure to select 'Pick up at Awakenings Festival' during your ordering process.

Please bring the PDF generated by the link in the email titled "Your Awakenings Apparel Pick-Up Link" when you come to collect your order.

You can pick up your Apparel order at the pick-up entrance of the main Apparel stand near the Y stage during Festival opening hours.

All orders can be picked up until 01:00 CEST on Friday (July 10) and Saturday (July 11). On Sunday (July 12), you can pick up your order until 23:00 CEST.

Unfortunately, no. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

No. Only the person mentioned on the order details can pick up the order by showing their order confirmation email.

There are no changing rooms but they can be fitted and exchanged at the stand.

We accept cash and card payments.

You can return your click and collect Apparel order at the counter at the Apparel stand. If you have bought your Apparel directly at the stand you can return it at the place where you have bought it.

Products purchased directly at an Awakenings Apparel counter can only be returned during the event.

You can get your drinks at the Supermarket. Just remember to bring your e-ticket.
