Shipping to your home is available until the 17th of June 23:59 CEST. After that it's pick-up only.

We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. The indicative delivery time counts from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email where you can access your personal tracking link.

Click & Collect is available until Sunday, July 12th at 23:00 during regular festival opening hours. Your order will be ready for pickup at the main Merchandise stand near the Y stage.

You can return your online order within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned products must meet the expected return conditions described in the returns policy.
